Do you offer classes in Hungarian or English?

Our classes are primarily conducted in English, but our instructors also speak Hungarian and can alternate between the two languages to accommodate all participants.

Are showers available at the studio?

Yes, a shower is available for our clients to use at the studio. Please bring your own towel and toiletries and be considerate of others who may be waiting to use the facility.

What should I wear/bring to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely and breathe with ease. If you’re attending a Reformer Pilates class, please bring/wear grip socks to help you stay secure on the equipment and maintain good hygiene. For all classes, we also suggest bringing a towel and a bottle of water so you can stay comfortable and hydrated throughout your session.

I am new to Pilates, Barre, or Yoga, can I still join a class?

Absolutely! All of our classes are suitable for beginners, and no prior experience in Pilates, Barre, or Yoga is required. Our instructors will guide you through each movement at your own pace, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the class. Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning to your practice.
