Hello!

I’m Minnie, a certified APPI Pilates instructor specialising in both mat and reformer, with over a year of teaching experience.

 

I’m known for my motivational and supportive teaching style, helping clients build strength, improve their fitness levels, and develop a deeper mind–body connection.

 

With a background in yoga, I specialise in injury prevention and rehabilitation, supporting clients in creating efficient, sustainable movement patterns.

I’m passionate about helping people develop not only stronger bodies, but also greater body awareness and mindfulness, so they can carry the skills learned in class into everyday life.

 

I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients to improve posture, alignment, and form. I’m deeply committed to ongoing education and continuously stay up to date with the latest research and best practices to ensure my teaching is safe, effective, and empowering.
