  1. A dedicated space for the practice of Pilates, derived from the Latin suffix “-ium,” used to denote spaces or places.

  2. A welcoming haven where body, mind, and soul are strengthened and brought into balance through mindful practice.

Who are we? Pilatium is more than just a studio -  it's your haven. We are a community built on mindful movement, encouragement and care. Our small group classes offer not only expert guidance, they are designed to make everyone feel supported, whether you are stepping on the mat/reformer for the first time or deepening your existing practice. We believe in progress over perfection, creating a space where every client feels welcome, inspired and at home.

Our Mission

At Pilatium, our mission is to guide you in making Pilates a lifelong practice that strengthens your body, sharpens your mind, and supports your overall well-being. Our approach focuses on the deeper muscles that improve posture, balance, and coordination while easing pain, correcting imbalances and restoring natural movement. We’re here to empower you to move with freedom, and confidence both in class and in everyday life.
